This little guy was purchased new by me several months ago. It came very dull from the factory so I had a professional sharpener attempt to sharpen it. Unfortunately, the gentleman was 108 years old and I'm sure his sight is failing him because the knife was still dull. I made an attempt to sharpen on my DMT stones, but I am not very good so it is kinda sharp, but not sharp enough! I am certain you ole pros can get it shaving sharp. This is my only "old timey" slipjoint and I don't like it at all. Any interested parties can email me at mostmenareruthless@gmail.com.
