Regrettably I am going to let this one go. This is a Jared Oeser Lanny's Clip in CPM 154. The handles are Lightning Strike Carbon Fiber over orange g10 the length on this one closed is 3 5/8". The fit and finish on this knife is amazing and it's incredibly light. Pull is a solid 5-6 with great walk and talk. This knife has not been used, carried, or sharpened and has been stored since received from Jared.
