7 1/4" 1095 blade
~6 3/4" cutting edge
~12 1/2" overall length
Hidden tang with brass pin
Osage orange oval handle with black paper micarta ferrule
Maker's mark stamped on one side of the blade near the handle, 1095 stamped on the other, though they're hard to make out in the photos.

I've had this one for a week or so and love it, but unfortunately need the funds.
Used exclusively for veg prep in my home kitchen.
Sharpened once, although it didn't really need it. I touched up the edge on a Norton Fine India stone, staying true to Joe's original aggressive edge. Comes sharp.
Plenty of patina forming, some light scratches and scuffs on the blade. I touched up the choil area with 600 grit sandpaper, and smoothed the handle a bit with the same.
This knife is ground very thin and performs awesome. Having owned a few of Joe's knives I can say he does 1095 very well. Cuts effortlessly, haven't experienced any wedging issues. Feels great in hand.
Comes in a nice padded box from Joe with his card in it.
