This #magnacut steel vegetable knife is available.
Material from my friend @timwright259 and heat treated in his shop in Arizona.
Finished here in #southoffrance with local sourced burnt oak, from a woodshop in my village
Difficult to photograph and capture this knife.
I left the mill scale finish and hand sanded the bevel.
2 mm thickness. 143 grams.
