Haven’t heard back….I’m sure we’re massive time regions apart—-we’re in Hawaii. I just got home from ER duty at the hospital and about to crash, but I’m 100% committed—I’m just not going to be up until 10:30am here, but will get it done. Have never flaked on any one of 200+ deals done on here . Mahalo, Brian
