These are used, but I have kept them in excellent working condition. The blades are lightly scratched, from use, but the function and integrity on both of these is perfect. My modifications include:
Blade shape changes. The Tenacious resembles the PM2 now more than a stock Tenacious, and the Resilience is now a 4" leaf shape with (in my opinion) more attractive lines than the factory 4.25" Resilience.
Rounded point on the thumb ramp on both (the factory Tenacious and Resilience have a hard corner that is quite uncomfortable if you rest your thumb on it and put any force at all into a cut or puncture - my mod resolves this)
Crowned spines on both, which are more attractive, and much more comfortable than the original spines with hard 90° edges.
Reground thinner behind the edge, to custom knife levels. Both of these start less that .005" at the heel, and maintain under .012" at the tip, which is significantly thinner than they come from the factory. These cut exceptionally well.
NOTE: The Resilience, handle has been modded as well, to reflect the new blade length. My intent with this mod was to make a folding knife that had an aesthetically pleasing ratio of blade length to handle length, to contrast the many models out there that have these seemingly enormous handles on comparatively small blades. This means that the Resilience is now tip down only.
Both come with original box and papers.
As mentioned, both have been used, but they have not been abused. They are priced to reflect the current market price for a brand new factory blue Resilience and Tenacious in S35VN, the work that went into modding them, and the fact that they show subtle signs of use (light scratches on the blades).
