The Large(Basic 3) is around 6.7mm thick, just under 8" long, the smaller(Basic 2) just under 6mm thick, around 6.5" long.
There is no sheath, no handle scales, just what you see.
The only one I’m keeping is the one on it’s own in the pic, the rest are available.

They are not 6K or 6B, they are Stellite 6, do a search and you will see small differences in alloy composition.

Are they made of Stellite 6K or 6B?

Stellite 6K costs twice as much as 6B and is much trickier to pour. You can't scratch 6k with a file, but you can scratch 6B with said file. The small differences between 6K and 6B are actually quite large. They make tool bits for high temperature applications out of 6K but not 6B. They make Sodium cooled valves for racing engines out of 6K but not 6B. They coat the teeth of excavation buckets with 6K but not 6B. They make fuel nozzles for rocket engines out of 6K but not 6B. I haven't been able to find any 6.

Stellite 6 is between 40 and 46rc hardness. I have used mine for a few days now and I can't get it to loose it's edge, this alloy is very hard to grind.
Everyone on here is entitles to their own opinions on the different grades of Stellite out there and I’m not here to have a debate on this subject, this is a sale thread and I’m only here to promote this collaboration.

Here is the composition of Stellite 6:
1.2% carbon, 27 to 32% chrome, 4 to 6% (W)tungsten, over 60% Cobalt carbides and a few other things.
