Birth date is 11-15-12, Included with knife is the factory box, leather sheath, Chris Reeve cloth, allen key, registration card, care sheet, birth date card and CRK sticker, just as it left CRK shop.
Knife is in mint condition, I purchased this knife new from a local dealer on 12-8-12, it was inspected and stored in my safe since then.
