Do either come with a sheath?

No. Just as they came from Busse and Skunk's Busse Company Store, no sheaths. The theory was (and still is) that people have their own particular, personal ideas of what they want in a sheath - and there are plenty of good sheath makers out there that are willing to suit them. As noted, neither the AD nor the GW have been carried or used - hence, no sheaths.
