I just bought the FDE vesion. The coating is reminiscent of gun blueing, the steel is upgraded, the knife is a BEAST. I mean I would not feel underarmed in terms zombie apocalypse with this blade. The price is a bargain! Shit I may buy it myself (but I don't need 2).
