Does the sale include the original blade also? Did you write "Insingo" on the birthcard?

I'm still a little bit unclear. I get that it's new/unused, but did you:

A) have a UG and an Insingo and swapped the scales and write "Insingo" on the birthday card?
B) have CRK put this UG scale on an existing Insingo 21 and they wrote "Insingo" on the card?
C) buy it like this and if so from where?
D) some other scenario?

Same as above questions. This is a bit misleading. you stated, "Complete package as it came brand new". So you requested these mods from Chris, they abliged and filled out the card as is in its entirety? If so its one off? Seems odd. These things are very important to us who collect 5-600$ knives.
 
So in other words this knife started life as a small insingo, a night sky scale was put on, and the birthcard was written on by you to indicate the insingo blade. Is that correct? What are the scale stamps on each scale?
