No, you listed the MR spec, I was just curious if the frame is that long or if that is when the thing is stuffed and the lid pocket full?

The frame is approx 23". Here's a pic of it next to the 3Day Assault. To answer your question, it doesn't get much taller than the 23" when loaded. I'm not sure where MR got the measurement listed on their website.
