I know this is a bit out of the ordinary, but...if you need to call a plumber I can help you do it yourself so you don't need to pay someone to do it for ya....unless the bulk of the cost is a water heater...still, I may be able to talk ya thru a diy repair or replacement.

I know it says matter green but, it looks brown to my eyes....any liners on it?
