Well … not as dirt cheap as the other “Dirt Cheap” listings I’ve posted before, but bargains, to be sure. Listing 3 Alan Davis frame locks. I want to reduce my frame locks to only retain 1 in the collection … but I like all three so much, can’t decide which to keep. So, when / if two of these sell, I will withdraw the third and keep it for my collection.
2. Here is a really neat frame lock I picked up from Alan in 2014 and (to my knowledge) the only one Alan has made like this. The Damascus blade is made from 1095 and 15n20 and has vine filing along the spine. Alan hand carved the titanium frame and clip and then meticulously heat anodized them in a rainbow of colors. Has an open frame construction with multi-colored stand-off. Originally bought this to eventually give to my daughter, but she decided it was a little too large for her. Knife has never been resharpened, carried or used. Blade is centered and lock-up is early and tight with no blade play.
