So I got a message from clinton1
and he recommended checking the FK2 again to MAKE SURE the scales were in fact epoxied on, and he was right!!! Turns out they were NOT epoxied on- the screws were just tighter than hell, but got it apart, and now going to keep the FK2 to put my ECAM scales on. So stoked! Man, this place is great!!!

Heck yeah that’s awesome! He’s got a pretty knife with some pretty tight ones on it too, so he’d know.
I was jokingly going to recommend the fireman’s tool prybar for the scale removal and Nathan’s big hammer he uses to baton through nails . Can’t wait to see that bad boy with the ECAM scales, such a great knife the FK2 is.
