Yes, I’d say so too.
On your belt, it’s meant to ride at an angle, fit is snug, with carry tight against the body, and yet designed to remain comfortable if you rode a motorcycle or horse (or sat in a car) for example. Meant to be worn all day, I guess. I haven’t worn it, but it seems well thought out, IMO.
