Respectfully, as a Winkler collector, it certainly appears to be. The sheath is wrong, the tribal is off center and the font on the spine is totally wrong. Also, the pins are in the wrong places, thy are doubled in spots and the handle ends in the wrong spot near the head of the axe. Then the tang is tapered and the axe appears to have liners.
