Regarding the 2 Northwoods Folding Hunters, it looks like the Trailing point blade is the thicker of the 2 blades in the Stag one whereas in the Bone, the Clip blade looks thicker. Is this the case or mostly just picture artifact ?
And, made in Gladstone ? or contracted out and made by maybe Queen ?
thanks, roland
Folding Hunters Sold pending funds to fotog. Thanks Jim! I'll PM you the paypal info.
Good to hear from you Roland. You are right. I quickly typed this and should have said the tangs are marked Gladstone, MI. It is my understanding that the knives were made by Queen with some finishing work done in Gladstone. These are Dave Shirley's knives before Northwoods was sold off to Knivesshipfree. The blades are the exact same on both knives. I think I have one photo flipped upside down. Thanks for your interest.
