I couldn't really get the close ups to focus but here's a pic. The tip is not blunted at all. the signs that are shown are very light swirl marks where the handles meet the
blade and so very small "nicks" in the edge from the latch. But these are very small and not noticeable except for very close. You can pm or email me if still interested.
