She started as an amazing talent. It's amazing what drugs and bad choices can do. RIP Whitney.

What a sad story. A truly beautiful woman and gifted singer brought down by her addictions. Her rendition of the National Anthem is one of my favorites.
 
One of the best female singers EVER. I was saddened when I heard the news yesterday evening.
 
OK... Very sad. However, is anyone else getting tired of all the coverage? I mean, I hear "I.....Will always love you....." about every 10 minutes on TV....
 
Give it a week or two and then they will be posting about something stupid Lindsey Lohan has done. Incredible talent and incredible waste of such a gift. Heard this morning that they found Xanax and other things in her system. Think she fell out and slid down into the bathwater. Who really knows.
