Wives...

I am a lucky one to. She likes to buy her shoes, but she has more knives than dresses and more guns than dresses. The shoes she wears them alot so I am fine with that. She likes her engagement ring, but not much else in jewelry. I did buy her a necklace that she wears everyday. We found it at a gun show and it is a case from a .32 s&w peeled back in a shape of a flower with a gem stone in the middle. Pretty nice.

My wife just zeroed in on this from across the room and said hmmm ''is that what you want?''. :D

But does an "ex-wife" cost more or less than a "wife"...

And whilst on the subject, are we evaluating this purely on a fiscal basis?

Depends on the situation, but generally "Yes"--especially if you factor out any future "services rendered" or lack thereof...

For those of you that would like to conduct a little "experiment" (you will need your current wife or girlfriend's help w/ this one--they will probably find this a lot of fun! )

... liquidate half of your general assets (especially your Busse collection--these will now be super-important to her), take it to a bank and have it divided up into 26-52 equal cashiers checks (26-52 installments-representing weeks for process to finalize; generally 6 mo. to 1 yr) Subtract out 1-5% of your half only---for Legal fees. Put the inaugural 1st check in your wallet...

Here's where the fun begins... Now have your "assistant" randomly jump out of nowhere, kick you in the nads as hard as they can, and steal your wallet!

Repeat process weekly for the duration of the 26-52 checks-er, um weeks, and then bi-monthly thereafter... Yup, I think that about covers it.

:D
