Hey Guys ,I had a great time again this year. Most of what I have pics of has already been covered so just a couple to add;

I tried to stick my Glock Field knife but No go.

By the way, Ive been itching (feet and hands) also. didnt start till Sunday night . My hands look just like RescueRileys. Now I have no idea what it could be. It was a Fun weekend with Good People and Good food .Mary makes the best venison burgers Ive ever had. Looking forward to next year already and a good chance my Son may be able to come with me. Roger,That pic of you and your son on the dock is Awesome,worthy of a magazine cover.

Thanks for the compliment on the picture of Roger and Aiden.

Now on a sadder note Just to let everyone know my mom past away Tuesday morning shortly after midnight. With that happening it made this weekend extra special to Mary and I. For everyone who came thanks for a great weekend. Doug

Howdy All

Very happy that I took the time to make this meet.My brother and I were in the area on holidays and decided to attend.Good decision.I would encourage any member considering attending any get together in their areas (or in my case not)Very rewarding experience.
I met some wonderful people and feel that they will be friends of mine for a long time.
I wasnt perpared to stay out so my brother and I took a room in town.
We had had plans to day hike in a local state park ,on the advice of the local members we changed our destination.Another good decision.Walked in a beautiful state forest saw nobody roamed off trail and had a real good look around.
I would love to post some pictures but forgot the cameras USB cable and bro's computer will not accept my memory card so photos will have to wait until I return to Western Canada on the 16th.
Doug sorry to hear about the passing of your Dear Mom
Thanks again all for sharing your knowledge,experience and a bit of your life with me

Doug, I extend my condolences for the loss of your Mother. No matter how prepared you might think you are for that, you're really not. The only good news is that the pain of loss lessens over time.
