Got a great piece of gear and a nifty gadget for sale, so I think I'm in the right place....
First up.....GEAR.
Wolbrook/Douglas Outrider Professional 38 Field Watch
The Wolbrook/Douglas Outrider Professional 38 is an outstanding no-BS field watch from the recently resurrected Wolbrook brand. Wolbrook has a interesting history, which is summarized here: https://wolbrook.com/pages/wolbrook-watches-story. This Douglas Outrider is excellent condition, with only some minor wear. Since I wore another strap with it during the two months since I bought the watch, the OEM green nylon & leather is like new.
White dial / lumed hands, indices, and 12-9-3 arabic numerals / no date
Stainless steel case / domed Hesalite crystal
Diameter: 38mm / lug-to-lug: 46.5mm / thickness: 12mm / lug width: 20mm
Movement: Seiko VH60 “mecaquartz”
Screw-down crown / 120m water resistance
Wolbrook green nylon & leather strap
I'm asking $155 (PayPal F&F) for this stylish and robust field watch. Shipping from St. Louis via USPS.
Next up.....GADGET.
Vorso MK1 Stainless Steel Spinning Top + ForeverSpin Base
I had been wanting to check out this precision-made spinning top for a while, and I have to admit it's pretty darn cool (spins great and is a nice office 'fidget' item). However, watches & knives have more than enough of my disposable income spoken for, so I think I'll just move on. I've only had this Vorso MK1 top and ForeverSpin base for a week, so both are like new.
I'm asking $110 (PayPal F&F) for Vorso MK1 and ForeverSpin base combo. The set cost me just over $150 new (Vorso = $104 / ForeverSpin base = $48), with each component both directly from Vorso & ForeverSpin, respectively. Shipping from St. Louis via USPS.
