Purchased directly from the maker (Kentucky) here on BF. Here is the original description:

This is a trade axe forged from mild steel with a piece of Nicholson file welded in for the cutting bit. The bit shows up nicely after the etch and we tried to take a pic to show it. Hard to get in the light but you can see some of it. The head is 5 1/2" long and the cutting edge is 2 3/4" wide. Etched for an aged patina. It has some filework on the spine. Now we had an "oops" we forgot to stamp it We can scribe in our forge initials somewhere inconspicuous if the buyer chooses. The haft is hickory. 19" long lightly burned and stained. The haft has a leather wrap. Sewn with sinew and lightly decorated. It comes with an edge sheath.

As shown, its a very nice piece. Top notch quality and the leatherwork is especially nice. I have not carried or used it- it is in the same condition as when I received it.
Asking $110>>$90 $old shipped. MO or Paypal (no fees). I will ship internationally, but you will need to pay the actual shipping cost and I cannot be held responsible once it has left the US.
thanks for looking. PM or email me.
