does anyone have links to Wolfgang Loerchner's work?
I've been trying to find pictures for a little bit but can only find about 3 pics.
does anyone own any of his work and want to post pics?
TIA Steve

Wolfs work rienforces my theory that the better you are, the less press you get/need. I am of the firm opinion that Wolf is one of the best art knife makers this business has ever seen. Not only does he use curves lines and geometry in ways far and above the rest, but he does it with imaculate precision that transcends what we would call "fit and finish." I will be out of my mind with joy if I ever make a blade on that level. :(

His site has been off the air for quite a while and there are not many pictures, as you have already noticed, kicking around. Why adverise when you can't keep up with the work?

I suppose that is one way of looking at it.
the few pics that I have been able to find just make me want to see more!
:D

Look in the various Knives Annuals, he's usually in those. I'm with Kevin and obviously with you, this guy is something special and always has been.

Don Bell told me to check him out if i can, am I ever glad I did!
his skill is amazing!
now if I just had the money to buy one... :D

Murray White here on the forums owns a few examples of Wolfe's outstanding work. I'm sure you could convince him to post some pics. Why not shoot him an e-mail : phymur@rogers.com

David Darom's book "Custom Folding Knives" has a section on Wolf's work and the photos are big and beautiful.
