I will be picking up some bearings from Graingers they are bringing in for me and I think I found a machine shop to mill the wheel for the bearings.

You know one of the knife supply company should stock the Grizzly 10" wheels with bearings and sell them for $190. I bet they would sell well.

Before you bore it out, can you tell me what the size of the shaft hole is and wether it has a keyway in it?

I've considered using one of these as a large drive wheel before but couldn't find the specs.

I can take mine off and mic it if you want?

ETA:
ID - .7505"
Bore length - 1.470"
No Key

Rick did you mount one with pillow blocks as a contact wheel or you got an actual Grizz 2x72?

Its no big deal, probably an idea I won't even follow through with. Thanks though. ;)

Thanks Rick. If I happen across a 3/4 shaft motor that might be the ticket. So far most of them I've found have been 5/8.

I'd like to know this too. I've got some razors I need to get done.
