I am a bladesmith and a wood carver and make a lot of tools for other folks too. The blade geometry on this is quite different than on a camp or hunting knife, the blade is convex ground all the way to the edge, there is no secondary grind. I polish the blade more on these knives to make them slde through the wood.
52100 high carbon steel
Heat treated to Rc 60 with a very fine grain structure
Stabilized walnut handle with brass and Micarta fixtures
Overall length:7 3/4 inches
Blade: 2 3/4 inches. This leaves a lot of handle that I flattened at the third and 4th fingers to aid in conroll and a plam swell for comfort
SOLD delivered within our United States. I will mesage my shipping and paynment options when the knife sells
It is verry sharp, this is across the grain of basswood
