I recently sent in a well used large decorated for a refurbish and was very pleased with the results. I just aquired a large classic wood inlayed in mint condition.I intend on using it and wondered if anyone had a well used one they had sent in for a refurbish, if so how did it turn out and what was the cost.

I sold a classic bloodwood to another person. I bought it used and the wood was grey/dirt dark. They sent it in, it came back like new. I don't know what or if there was a cost.

I had a very minor ding in a Mnandi. I sent it in and it came back like new. I don't think I was even charged. Another time I got a little crazy glue on my small LE wood inlay. Again I sent it in, it came back no charge looking like new. Neither of these cases could be considered "well used". but I believe the inlays are highly fixable. :) :p ;)
