I have 10 different lots of wood available. I have an excess of a couple kinds of wood so I'm moving some along. I put a flat rate, really fair price on these lots. I took care to make all of them as even as possible as far quality of the over all lot. Here's how I set these them up:
Only 2 lots left. #'s 1 and 8. Lets move them both out together. $65 shipped for both lots.
1. Each lot has at least 5 blocks.
2. Most of the blocks are either Ipe or Brazilian Cherry.
3. The Ipe has awesome curly and quilted figure not typically found with this wood. It is beautiful with excellent figure and deep rich color.
4. The Brazilian Cherry is relatively straight grained but it his deep rich color, is VERY hard and durable and his nice chatoyance in the grain.
5. Every lot has at least one other kind of wood to keep some variety.
6. Each lot has 3 really nice blocks and two plainer ones.
7. None of the blocks are sanded or polished very much at all. Some are still just saw finishes so the figure and color will show even more when finished.
8. All blocks are at least 5" long and 1 3/4" wide and at least 1" thick. Exception: Brazilian cherry blocks measure 4 1/4" or more and at least 1" thick.
9. Blocks may have small checks or open pores or grain. Didn't see too many checks at all. All blocks are solid and will make full size solid handles.
Price is $40 per lot. Price includes shipping to the US with priority mail. Paypal, check or money order accepted.
A quick note about the Ipe: This stuff is really VERY cool. The pictures didn't do the Ipe much justice. Most of it has REALLY nice quilting and curl figure in addition to the normal rich grain of Ipe. All the black spots and streaks are actually figure and not just spots.
Here is one of the blocks I grabbed at random and sanded one side to 220. Then I lightly oiled it to show color and figure. This is an example of the curly figure that you can't see in the pics.

I can post additional pics of lots upon request but for the cost of these, I didn't want to get too much time tied up here.
Wood species are from left to right. Two pictures per lot, first picture shows one side of the blocks, the second picture shows the other side.
