i have the iwasaki's and love them , paid around 32.00 a piece on sale at word workers warehouse. they remove fast, alot and great control

I use a double cut rasp for rough work. A four in hand also works well. Then I use a single cut curved tooth rasp to do the final fitting. The curved tooth rasp can remove a good amount of material but leaves behind a smooth cut ready for sanding.
