Has anyone here used them and what is their service/product like? I have a couple pieces of redwood burl I would like to get done and some maple burl I am thinking of getting done.

I've used them before and still do. Customer service, products and stabilizing service are as good as you could ask for. One of the hanful of companies doing stabilizing right. :thumbup:

Best customer service I've experienced and a fantastic product. I had them stabilize some wood for me and I have purchased blocks from them. Very fast and very friendly, and a great product.
