Woodard Pocket Pro for Leatherman Charge TTi

I posted this a while back and it fell through so back it comes. I have a LNIB (little carry, no use) Woodard pocket pro, no clip, hard to find excellent little Auto that I would like to trade for a Leatherman Charge TTi (NIB).
