Wooded Yard Tool Recomendation

From what I can see in your photos, any knife is the wrong tool for the job.
A pole saw for the high stuff, a bow saw or chainsaw for the lower branches, and maybe a machette or some heavy snips for vines.

Use the right tool(s) for the job.
It will go faster and take less effort.

I carry a knife all the time and use it frequently around my yard. But, for most of the tasks, a pruner or small saw would handle just about everything. The main use for a knife in my yard is to dig out weeds. I have a Condor Bushlore for that task and it gets used more than you think. I like a fairly nice yard, but a weed or two doesn't bother me. BUT, things can get out of hand if you don't pay attention if you care about such things. My neighbor feels that "green is good" (weeds don't matter). I don't hold to that philosophy.

I mentioned before about the reciprocating saw. If you have never owned or used one, they are very very handy and can do most of the jobs that a small hand saw will do with less effort. Get one.

A line trimmer is probably needed for next year. Get important stuff now like appliances, furniture and so forth. Get a reasonably good mower. Some people are going battery operated now as they have improved. I'm not there yet, but I look at them in stores. If you go riding mower, spend the extra cash and get a zero turn mower, but pay attention to the cutting width.... keep it practical. You have to store the beast too when not in use. Me, I would love to own one, but I can mow my entire yard in an hour. Don't see the point of spending 3K for a mower for the fun of it at this point.

I grind my leaves up with a mulching mower. You just can't allow them to get too thick or you snow plow the leaves with the mower. A leaf rake will be handy to have, but the cost is no big thing.
