I found a collection of free wooden embroidery hoops at a recent yard sale. I took one of my onion/potato storage bags , removed the drawstring and tied the net to the hoop.. I added a loop of heavier twine to hang the completed storage bag. Shown here is a 6" diameter hoop,. The other hoops range in size from 6" to 9"
