Jumped into WW with both feet, this week.

I'm really, REALLY loving this ebony #47 Viper. Suits me just fiiiiiine.
Well-loved Opinel No. 10 is along for the ride.
Sheath knife that I got as a blade blank, and tossed some handles on. Some sort of stainless steel from Spain, takes a sharp edge and holds it surprisingly well. This one rides the back pocket of my dungarees.

Received a new knife today from talented maker Alex Moore in NC. Started as a new 01 steel blade and red oak handle, then he aged both the knife and sheath to give it the lived in look. He said it was his take on a traditional Viking type pattern from long ago. Holding it in person, the knife is even better than the pic shows. He did a nice job on it. Highly recommend him if you're looking for traditional fixed blades. He has many offerings. And no, I am not affiliated with him, just a satisfied customer. Mods, if it is inappropriate to mention the makers name, please blank it out and I can be pm'ed if someone would like to know. Thanks!

Wooden handle for wooden Wednesday. ;)

Yes indeed, Joe that one's a beauty! I like it very much. That pattern looks quite useful.
