This one and the amber bone Case large Stockman wrestle for First Place in my primary EDC line-up. But if push came to shove this one would win... Gotta love the long-pull and classy touches of the Northfield GEC. :)

That is the perfect stockman knife Jeff. The long pull, ribbed bolsters and a sheepfoot that doesn't stick up too high. I love the wood and the cloud shield. :thumbup::)

You're right, I can't argue! It's just a beauty. And yes, the spines of the Clip main and Sheepfoot are both level/even when closed. Typically the Sheepfoot spine seems to be just a bit taller on most Stockman's from what I've seen. This just lends towards a bit more sleekness when in the pocket.

Thank you Jeff! I think it's really complex wood, lot of variations, long admired that Stockman of yours, I might look for the smaller version or the Whittler in Zebra. I have a small 3" lockback from Queen in Zebra too, the wood on that one is darker but still shows nice lighter colours.
