It's the Che Chen rosewood from the current round of 25's that were just released. I am usually a Barlow guy, but I couldn't say no to these.

Ah ha! Thank you; I couldn't pick up the size from the picture. My brain was registering it as a much bigger pattern. Should've put it together based off the shield size relative to the blade.
