What is funny is how that Laguiole style almost makes jt look like a Spanish Navaja. Or Corsican.

It has everything of a laguiole except the blade forged by Davide Steri (Sardinian knife maker)
The assembler (Pierre-Yves Joyeux) and the fly chiseler (François Seychal) work mainly on laguioles.
Maybe the angle of the shot.
 
I have that knife somewhere, probably in one of my tool-boxes.
Too bad Murphy has been bought by Dexter, who is using the Murphy name for their oyster knives.
