What is funny is how that Laguiole style almost makes jt look like a Spanish Navaja. Or Corsican.

It has everything of a laguiole except the blade forged by Davide Steri (Sardinian knife maker)
The assembler (Pierre-Yves Joyeux) and the fly chiseler (François Seychal) work mainly on laguioles.
Maybe the angle of the shot.

My friend gave me this cool knife from Sheffield! He obtained some wood from London, England, a culled Plane boulevard tree! It was stabilized here in Canada, and he replaced the broken handles with it!! First time for everything!!
