Wooden Wednesday - Traditionals only please

I haven’t had time to peruse all of the posts yet but of those I’ve seen… wow! Wood is my favorite handle/scale material but I only currently have one slipjoint in wood. It’s a Case stockman in purple curly maple. I’m eyeing a “coming soon” Boker whittler in D2 and Rosewood though.

Beautiful knives everyone!

Quite sharp on a Wednesday, this juniper scaled French folder I picked up from Knives-of-France Knives-of-France sharpened up quite nicely. Holding the phone while trying to slice free standing receipt paper is tricky to do, especially after a cup of coffee ;)

I'm not a fan of 'shorts' since they present vertically and well, I'm just not a fan of that format but being how it was recorded and the length of it, YouTube deemed it as a Short...so, there it is :)

Sharpened up on my Shapton stones, also you'll notice that I made mirror polished swedges on both sides of the blade, nice accents.
