Thanks kindly Will. They are traditional Halloween candy here in the states. I can't stand them, all sugar,but my wife likes them.

I'm shocked.... SHOCKED, I tell ya... that you don't recognize good ol' CANDY CORN..... a Halloweeen tradition, and a blessing for thousands of dentists... as stated before, pure sugar/corn syrup....

The only timber on my knives this week is rosewood on the lambsfoot I call Union Jack.
(FWIW, I love candy corn, but only eat it near Halloween. I usually eat it one "kernel" at a time, and I consume each kernel in 3 bites, one for each of the distinct colors that occurs (usually yellow, orange, and white).)

Agreed. I can't decide if it's supposed to taste like sugary wax or waxy sugar, but either way it is a sad excuse for candy.
