I have the knife pictured in this link:

Unfortunately, when it came to me, the blade looked nowhere near as good as pictured and was caked with whatever black matting material they used. I have cleaned it up some, but it really needs to be disassembled to do the job right.

Can anyone identify the 4-notch pivot screw in the picture? I can't tell if the thing is pinned (so I won't be taking it apart) or if there is some tool that would let me unscrew the pivot and release the blade.

Any advice would be much appreciated.
