Woodsman Run (2nd) Signup

Andy
Just wanted to make sure you also got me down for a JRE sheath for this one. Also, you didn't change my order in the bushcrafter thread to Stabalized maple w/sheath. Just wanted to make sure you have it down correctly. Thanks.

PERFECT!! Thank you for addressing the bushie order!!! This is exactly how this system should work!!!

I've got JRE sheaths a plenty. No worries there.

Larry, you're in glue my friend. Ships next week!!!

Thanks for checkin. I'll post some progress pics today.

When I went full time I started taking orders. E-mail me at: andy at fiddlebackforge dot com

I'll take your order.

Andy:

I saw your table at Blade this year and I was really impressed with your work. Could you send me a link to veiw your available materials and a price list. I'd like to get you to put something together for me.

Hey John. The base price for a Woodsman is $200. This includes non-stabalized woods with the exception of Masur Birch, and Ironwood. Stabalized woods or the two mentioned add $20 to the price. I take orders now that I'm full time. Please e-mail your order to: andy at fiddlebackforge dot com

Yes. Actually your knife got cut this week. It'll get ground next week. Keep on checkin. Thats why this thread is nice to have.

I definitely want to get one just trying to decide which materials to go with? Anyplace where I can see what the different woods and micarta look like?

Also, what is the bevel angle on the woodsman?

after seeing the ironwood woodsman available at KSF, I had to have one now instead of waiting. Andy, can you take me off the list. Thanks.

Andy,
Your more recent knives seem to have the scale left on the blade. I hope that is the right term, I am talking about the black part on the unground portion of the blade. Unless you you feel the knife performs better that way I would like mine the traditional silver way (if I have a choice).

Thanks, aquina

Its a convex bevel. I don't know the angle. You can look at woods and micarta's till the cows come home at:
