Nice pics. Someday I'll have to share some of my Fiddleback Nessmuk in action. Is the Woodsman O1 steel also? I cut up some potatoes into thin chips yesterday and the Nessmuk worked great but I wiped it down to quick to let a patina develop.
I'm looking forward to letting mine develop a patina, I just couldn't let it happen at the first use. Andy's knives are incredible, I know this one will develop a lot of character through the years.
