Well they do have a 'steak knife' you can purchase from them and they have your name engraved on it. They keep it there and you can request to use it whenever you go there for a meal. I just say, thanks, but I brought my own and whip out a chunk of Ohio steel. It's usually responded with a nervous laugh followed by a 'oooo cool! That's a good looking knife!' Damn straight it is

Consider your self lucky that you haven't cut through their plates they would never let you come back...
