Work Boot Recommendations?

Red wings are sick, but I've got narrow feet so they don't work for me.

Doc Martens have a good amount of "flex" in the leather, so they work as well, but wear out eventually. Mine are thin from a few years of wear.

Timberlands are great, and they have two widths to Boot

I've had a pair of Danners for over three years now. I've worn them all day long for about 90% of the time since I've had them - that's through 10 hour shifts at the lumber yard to all day at college and several long hikes when I wanted the extra waterproofing they provide - they look like I just bought them a couple months ago. They only just need to be resoled, which is unfortunate because I can't really afford it right now, but I'll find the money soon :)

Never got on with Redwings when I was trying them on. My fiance loves hers except for a manufacturing defect in the soles they came with they offered to fix them for free though. They're more of a dress boot then a work boot though.

I wear Red Wings daily at work on surfaces from concrete to sand. They hold up well and I have no complaints.

Matterhorn makes what can best be described as a budget danner.I have had good luck with them and I have wide feet and I am a heavy dude.Good luck with the search. Also you could try Magnum cheaper still and pretty nice for indoor work.

I am on my feet on steel and concrete all day. Work buys Hi-Test, but when I had to buy my own, nothing but Redwing would do. They hold up, and are comfortable after break in.
