As for hammering, I have been known to switch hands whewn I am doing a lot of heavy hammering. I almost always use my right hand when I want more control. At a few demos I have given the public a show, by having one of the ladies hold the steel bar, and turn it when I want. I then grab a 3-4lb hammer in each hand and start hammering. There was a video of that floating around, but I haven't been able to find it lately.
