I spoke to Harold directly on the telephone after i purchased one of his knives. He gave me the straight skinny but made me swear to keep it quite...Sorry, but I have to honor his request.
If anyone really needs the info they might try to contact Harold directly but I doubt he will just chew the fat on it. There is a lot more than meets the eye.

Thank you kindly Mike. I relish success stories and this one involves cutlery so it doesn't get any more interesting to me. I will put my curiosity to rest. Perhaps Harold will pen his inspirational story for the BCCI newsletter one of these days.
