I know that a lot of people have come to expect customer service emails to go ignored and unanswered. I am not one of those people.
Anyway, I placed an order with the working person's store for a Dickies (did you know that they're making a coat similar to the carhartt's?) coat on November 28th. I had a 10% off coupon, the shipping was free and was supposed to take two weeks. After three weeks I sent them an email since their phone and live chat hours are not convenient to me. I sent another. And another. Finally this morning I found some time to contact them via live chat. I waited 5 or 10 minutes and was prompted to send them an email. I tried to contact them again and waited 2 or 3 minutes and finally got to chat with some one. She told me that the coats were on back order. Then the gal stopped typing to me. About the time I picked up my phone to call the working persons store, I got a call from that gal that I'd been typing to. She couldn't understand anything that I was saying so she had to call me back one. Anyway, My coat should arrive at their warehouse in a week, then they are going to ship it 2 day UPS.
My beef is not with the faulty chat program, or the bad phone connection, but with the bad customer service. The gal I talked to today was helpful. But so many unanswered emails is not acceptable. AND the fact they they did not tell me that the item I was ordering was on back order, or not in stock.
I will not be purchasing anything from the working persons store again.
