I love seeing the dirty knife pictures. My problem is that I clean mine immediately when they get used and dirty.

Chester next time you are working with you're Shuns take a quick pic. Like to see them in action

I would if I was able to have my phone at work with me ..stoopid rules.. and I don't really cook at home alot...But when I get those Passaround Shuns, I'll get some great pics.

Hey Chester, does you work have a rule against bringing a camera with you?
More like a health code thing then a Rule.... You can't even wear watches, wedding bands or earrings anymore.....Whats next..every chef will have to have a shaved head lol

hey guys, made some work with Need Works. Its not finished (need to paint some scrathes and stuff), but all the hardest work done. As you see, my Needs Work is a bit old - it got g-10 scales, but i used to round them. Also i've lost one screw on it's handle. But this knife is still nice working horse.

I would be VERY careful not to knock that shelf off the wall! That would be a quick trip to the ER!

haha, yeah. you can knock this shelf just once in a life =) this shelf is in the corner. Actually, there blue arm chair to left of it, and little table in front of it. So you even can not step close to it. And it's not very high - i suppose 4 ft. I hope i'll gotnt any problems with it, but if i'll got kids - i'll need to make something other.

^ that is an awesome shelf. I want to do that to my desk for my 0100, just a handle sticking out of the top... and my center counsel in my 4Runner.

Thank you Kershawguy for an awesome sweet deal on my ZT561.
Here is my first cut test and it performed flawlessly!

Abuse isn't covered under Kershaw's warranty. Don't expect them to fix any damage you've done to the blade while doing this.

As long as he doesn't twist it while it is stuck like that, it can be pounded through with minimal damage.
