The Blade
SFNO, saber-grind, Tigerhide Magnum scales, extra set of tan standard slabs, Buy Brown black kydex w/large Tek-Lok, Armoralleather leather sheath mid-ride, drop-loop in dark brown.
About the Blade
Handles were removed by previous owner for sanding project. They are now attached temporarily with Chicago Screws. They are not strong enough to use on a working knife IMO. I broke one torquing it down with very little effort. Two screws now hold the slabs in place. Handles need to be reattached with tubes or your preferred fastener.
Blade had a rough hand satin finish when received. I took it down to more of a mirror finish, but I never completed the sanding. I think most of the hard work is done though. You just need to get some of the light scratches out, or better yet, just USE IT!
This is a fantastic knife. Edge is perfect. Was VERY lightly used by original owner. I never used it. Just needs a little TLC to get it back in working order. The pic below is the blade before the mirror finish was applied. I have limited internet access on weekends, but I will get back to you as soon as I can. Thanks again.
Here is the knife as is now with the unfinished mirror finish and Armoralleather sheath. The Buy Brown Kydex and standard tan slabs are in the pic above.
